Marco Barbero's business spirit meant he was always in search of new recipes; this led him to find the perfect formula when he invented these unusual irregular-shaped chocolates which would become famous under the name of Baci di Cherasco®“, using simple ingredients from his local area (Langhe hazelnuts roasted in a wood oven, and dark chocolate). Today, despite many imitations, Barbero products retain their exquisite originality.
